While student learning got a facelift the past two years, in many ways, our professional learning spaces reverted to old practices of “one size fits all, sit-and-get” PD. As schools plan ahead and envision what our collective learning may look like, there is an opportunity to reimagine an “abnormal” future for professional learning. Explore lessons learned both pre- and during-COVID in the adult learning space. We’ll discuss the hallmarks of personalized professional learning and how to leverage current opportunities before us to co-design professional learning that is not only purposeful, but paradigm-shifting.
