Session Description

Learn how to use observation and student achievement data to create personalized professional development opportunities for teachers. Such opportunities include blended professional learning communities, workshops, Twitter and book chats, and action research. This session will explore how to align teacher choice with school/district goals, establish accountability for participation and implementation, and create a culture of continuous growth and inquiry. Participants will leave with an action plan and tools to begin differentiating professional development for their staff.
